Product Description
Water-cooled screw chiller is a kind of refrigeration equipment based on screw compressor, which is mainly used for industrial and commercial refrigeration needs. Its core components include screw compressor, shell-and-tube condenser, shell-and-tube evaporator, thermal expansion valve, drying filter and electrical control part.
Structure and working principle
● Cooling tower: heat dissipation core, which discharges heat through water evaporation/air convection.
● Water pump: to drive cooling water and chilled water circulation, it is necessary to match the system resistance.
● Intelligent control: PLC automatically adjusts the load to realize energy-saving operation.
● Modular unit: multiple units are connected in parallel, which can flexibly match the load change.
● Heat recovery module: hot water is produced by condensing waste heat, and the comprehensive energy efficiency is improved by 20%.
Working principle
● The refrigerant is driven by the compressor to complete the cycle of "compression → condensation → throttling → evaporation", the cooling water takes away the condensation heat, and the chilled water delivers the cold energy to the terminal equipment (such as fan coil units).
