Structural composition
Compressor: the core power component (scroll) to increase the pressure of refrigerant.
Condenser: air-cooled or water-cooled design, which releases heat through fins or coils.
Expansion valve: throttling and depressurizing to control refrigerant flow.
Control system: integrated pressure sensor, temperature controller and automatic protection device.
Working principle
Compression process: low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant is pressurized and heated by compressor.
Condensation process: high temperature and high pressure gas is radiated and liquefied in the condenser.
Throttle evaporation: the liquid refrigerant is depressurized by the expansion valve, and then absorbs heat and evaporates to complete the cycle.
