Structure
Box: aluminum alloy frame+color steel plate or polyurethane foam wallboard, with high air tightness and low air leakage rate.
Fan: low noise external rotor centrifugal fan, precise dynamic balance design.
Surface cooler: pure copper tube+hydrophilic aluminum foil to optimize heat exchange efficiency.
Air supply outlet: spherical nozzle with adjustable air supply angle (30).
Working principle
After the air is filtered and treated with temperature and humidity, it is pressurized by a fan to form a high-speed jet through a spherical nozzle, and then it is mixed with indoor air to realize long-distance uniform air supply.

Condensed water discharge: check whether the drainage pipe is unblocked every week, and clean up the water storage tray to prevent bacteria from breeding.
Regular maintenance (quarterly)
Fan inspection: clean the dust of the fan impeller, check the lubrication state of the bearing, and tighten the screws to prevent vibration and abnormal sound.
Cleaning the surface cooler: use a soft brush or a low-pressure water gun to wash the fins of the surface cooler to avoid blocking and affecting the heat exchange.
Electrical safety: test the insulation resistance of the motor (> >2MΩ) and check whether the terminal is oxidized.
Seasonal maintenance
